• Display Name Updates: Automatically update nicknames with streak indicators
• Streak Restoration: Manage the 5 monthly restore chances system
• Analytics: Generate aggregate statistics (total users, servers, etc.)
• Service Improvement: Identify and fix bugs, improve performance

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is only shared in the following circumstances:

4.1 Public Information

• Leaderboards: Your Discord username and streak count may be visible to other users via the /leaderboard command
• Display Names: Your streak indicator is visible in your server nickname

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests (e.g., court orders, subpoenas).

4.3 Service Providers

• Discord API: We use Discord's API to provide bot functionality
• Database Hosting: Your data is stored on secure MySQL databases

6. Data Retention

• Active Users: Data is retained as long as you continue using the bot
• After Bot Removal: Data is retained for 30 days, then automatically deleted
• Inactive Servers: If the bot is removed from a server, user data for that server is deleted after 30 days
• Upon Request: You can request immediate data deletion at any time

Use the /info command to view your stored data at any time.

7.2 Opt-Out of Features

• Daily Reminders: Disable DMs from the bot in your Discord privacy settings
• Display Name Updates: Remove the bot from your server or adjust bot permissions
• Leaderboards: Stop using the bot to be excluded from rankings

7.3 Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data:

1. Remove the bot from all servers where you're an admin
2. Contact us via Discord or email (see Section 11)
3. We will delete your data within 7 business days

7.4 Data Portability

You can request a copy of your data in JSON format by contacting us.

8. Children's Privacy

StreakFlare is not intended for users under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Discord's Terms of Service require users to be at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, please do not use StreakFlare.

If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information immediately.

9. Cookies and Tracking

StreakFlare does not use cookies or tracking technologies. We do not track your browsing activity outside of Discord.

Our website may use basic analytics to improve user experience, but these are separate from the bot's data collection.
